HISTORY
Exigus was born in early 2017. founded by the mechanical engineer student Alan Santoyo in the state of Querétaro.
The triangle logo comes out from the "A" in Alan, the logo also includes the colors of the mexican flag.
It all started as a garage proyect. My father was the family's pioneer when he started building motor vehicles as personal projects when young. He was the inspiration behind the Exigus project.
Exigus first vehicle was an ultra light weight go-kart, it had a fiberglass bodywork that took 11 moths of intensive work, and a PTR chassis that allowed the small 6 HP engine reach the 70 km/h.
After Exigus first model, i decided to persuit a bigger goal; a bigger, faster, more luxurious and completely street legal car. I called it "Volente" .
The Volente was design folowing an advanced concept design process, which includes clay modeling, perspective drawings, CAD softwares and more. The Volente concept developing process iniciated in mid 2018; this process still contiues...
